BOOK BUGS CAMP 2026Get ready for a summer filled with imagination, creativity, and the joy of books! Our Book Bugs Summer Camp invites young learners to step into the world of stories through engaging read-alouds, hands-on crafts, and playful learning.
Each day at camp centers around a new story and themed craft, giving children the chance to explore characters, ideas, and creativity in a fun and welcoming environment. Research consistently shows that reading together helps build language skills, social development, and strong relationships in early childhood.
This camp is designed to nurture a love of stories, creativity, and curiosity—all while having a lot of fun!
What to Expect
01 / Storytime Adventure
Children will enjoy a lively read-aloud of a featured children’s book.
02 / Creative Craft
After the story, kids will create a hands-on craft inspired by the book.
03 / Playful Learning
Songs, discussion, and interactive activities help bring the story to life.
Age Groups
To create the best experience for every child, camps are divided into two age groups.
Each group will explore different books and crafts designed specifically for their age and developmental stage.
Camp runs Monday, Wednesday, & Friday.
